Cancellation Policy
To ensure the best experience for all guests and to respect our therapists’ time, we kindly ask for your understanding: • Appointments canceled or missed with less than 2 hours’ notice may be subject to a $20 fee per guest. • Same-day and last-minute bookings are always welcome. • For select services and peak hours, a deposit or online payment may be required to secure your reservation. If you are running late, please call us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you. If you are not satisfied with your therapist, please let us know within the first 10 minutes of your session. We will be happy to assist. No refunds will be issued after 10 minutes of treatment.
